I never understood the utter hypocrisy of a lot of Western thinkers. Those who are atheists, don't believe in God, or believe in Evolution, etc. How can you claim there is no God and believe humans are animals who "evolved" from animals; but then turn around and get upset when the people who taught you that ideology begin to get treated as animals.

I personally just don’t believe in god but I think that the message of being kind to others is nice, I like Buddhism because the whole purpose is to be nice to others, a lot of people don’t like Christianity because of later actions like the crusades, I think few people hate Jesus himself but they hate how historically Christianity tried to forcefully convert the world, but I also think that the idea that there is some heavenly being trying to make the world a better place is nice

You can divide how to act/receive the world in two trivium principles, trivium logica and trivium magica. 1st studies the world as is, with grammar and logic to be able to act in it and apply what you know. 2nd works through egocentrism and emotions, by creating feellings and manifests in the world as an illusion, perceived false reality. The problem with religious conservative Americans is that they profess to be Christian but don't act like one. They have their mouth full of Bible verses but refuse to act accordingly.
